How do I return an item?
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

Return Policy Details: Please contact us at (702) 453-9662 Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm PST to arrange a return. There is no restocking fee for BRAND NEW items. Used items are not accepted for return. If a used item is returned, there will be a restocking charge based on the damage on the item. Initial shipping charges are not refunded. If the label was purchased and the item was shipped out of our facility and on the way to the destination, we cannot offer a refund for shipping. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Shipping and handling fee can not be refunded. Please contact us within 30 days if an order is sent that does not match the items on the invoice (ie. wrong item, wrong size, etc.), this way we can make arrangements to for pre-paid return shipping and replacement or refund.PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
